1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the OdysseyEscapes website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Services Description

OdysseyEscapes provides travel booking services, including curated group tours, travel planning assistance, and related travel services. We act as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers (hotels, guides, transportation companies, etc.).

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. When you book a tour, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete traveler information, including names, passport details, and contact information.
• Pay the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
• Adhere to the cancellation and refund policy specific to your tour.
• Ensure all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation.

4. Prices and Inclusions

Tour prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices include the services and items explicitly listed in the tour itinerary. Prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, meals not specified, visa fees, or optional activities unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in local taxes.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by tour. Unless otherwise specified, the following standard cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee per person.
• Cancellations 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour price.
• Cancellations 0-14 days before departure: No refund.
• No-show or early departure: No refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14-30 business days.

6. Changes to Itineraries

While we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, road conditions, natural disasters, political events, or operational issues. We will make reasonable efforts to substitute comparable activities or accommodations. No refund will be provided for minor itinerary changes that do not materially affect the overall tour experience.

7. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

• Obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas.
• Purchasing adequate travel insurance before departure.
• Disclosing any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs at the time of booking.
• Following the guidance of tour guides and local authorities.
• Respecting local customs, laws, and cultural practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

OdysseyEscapes acts as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service providers, including hotels, airlines, transportation companies, or local guides. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package. We are not responsible for losses due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, or government actions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of OdysseyEscapes and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County.
